Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fungo Star. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to process your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Custom & Pre-Designed Sets: Please note that these require an additional 3-5 business days for production and quality control before the processing period begins.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time provided by the carrier is 7 to 12 calendar days.
Please Note: This 7-12 day timeframe is the carrier’s transit time only and does not include our order processing time mentioned above. The total time you will wait to receive your order is the Order Processing Time plus the 7-12 day Shipping Time.
This is an estimated timeframe provided by the carrier and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather events.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $80.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fungo Star is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, please contact us at [fungostaroffical@gmail.com] within 7 days of the delivered date, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
