• Orders: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. We may also require additional verification information before accepting an order.

• Custom Sizing & Sets: For custom-sized orders or pre-designed sets, you are responsible for providing accurate sizing and design preferences. Due to the custom nature of these products, they are final sale and non-refundable, though they may be eligible for exchange if damaged or defective (see our Return Policy).

6. Shipping

         Please review our separate Shipping Policy for details on shipping methods, costs, and delivery timeframes. We are not liable for delays in shipping caused by carriers or force majeure events.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

         All sales of custom-made products are final sale. For standard, non-custom products, please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns on used products for reasons of hygiene.

8. Intellectual Property

         The entire content of the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Fungo Star or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

         You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any portion of the Site content without our prior express written consent. The “Fungo Star” name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our trademarks.

9. User-Generated Content

         If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site (collectively, “User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such User Content worldwide.
